Jag älskar att experimentera med grönsaker i "sötsaker", så att säga. Mina bönmuffins har gjort succé hos alla som smakat dem, och i helgen gjorde jag en vanilj- och kardemummaversion med stora vita bönor som också var mycket mumsig. I helgen provade jag även chokladmousse med avokado. Jag älskar sedan innan att ha avokado i t.ex. smoothien. Det blir krämigt och gott. Och - konstigt nog - sött på något sätt. Den här chokladmoussen innehåller en mogen avokado, en näve färska dadlar (älskar mina dadlar!), tre matskedar kakao, en halv deciliter av det tjocka i kokosmjölken och lite vanilj. That's it. Det är den krämigaste, fylligaste och godaste chokladmousse jag någonsin ätit. På riktigt. Jag kunde knappt tro det själv. Ni måste prova! Jag tror att min blev så himla god för att avokadon var perfekt mogen. Krämig men inte övermogen. En hård avokado i är säkert inte så gott, utan trådigt och lite beskt. Jag kan rekommendera Garants ekologiska avokados. De är nästan alltid perfekt mogna. Med dadlarna som är lite karamelliga i smaken och god musig kakao blir det succé! Prova och rapportera, vetja!
